Wine with a dark purplish red colour, with a spicy aroma of tobacco, cinnamon, black pepper and liquorice. A structured wine, a high alcohol content with a strong presence of tannins. Warm and enveloping flavour, excellent with grilled meat, roasts, game, salami but also with mature cheese and grilled fish. To taste it at its best serve it at a temperature between 14° and 20°.

After a careful selection of the best grapes, they are de-stemmed. The must ferments in steel tanks for 10-12 days at a controlled temperature of 24-26°C. At the end of fermentation the wine stays in French oak barrels for at least 12 months.
